Shipping Policy:

The following shipping policy is applicable for retail orders only.

CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

  • FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50.00! Ground service. No P.O. Boxes please. Qualifying order totals are before tax or shipping charges, and after any special pricing or promotional offer. Special promotional pricing (such as a coupon) may cause you to see a shipping cost of $0.00 for a non-qualifying order. If this is the case, please be aware that shipping costs will be added when your order is processed. 
  • Flat charge of $6.00 for ground service for all orders under $50.00. No P.O. Boxes please.

  • The following Expedited Shipping methods are available: UPS NEXT DAY AIR, UPS 2 DAY AIR, and UPS 3 DAY AIR. Expedited shipping methods will be billed at actual cost. Please call us at (800)361-9079 for a freight estimate for your order.
  • USPS PRIORITY MAIL will be used for all orders shipping to a P.O. Box.
  • Flat charge of $6.50 for 1-2 pound orders.
  • Flat charge of $10.00 for 3-4 pound orders.
  • Orders of 5 pounds or more, $2.00 per pound.


ALASKA & HAWAII

All orders to Alaska & Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Regular USPS Priority shipping charges apply.


Return Policy:

The following return policy is applicable for retail orders only.

All unused/unopened items may be returned for a full refund of the product price within 30 days. We do not refund shipping charges. All used/opened product returns will be evaluated individually.

Upon acceptance of your shopping cart and the charges therein, the order may not be cancelled for any reason. If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%.

To obtain a Return Authorization Number (required) and the correct address to return merchandise to, please contact us at (800)361-9079, 8:00am - 4:30pm Pacific Time.

For approved returns we will issue a credit to your charge card within 24 hours. In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will issue a UPS call tag to have the item picked up at our expense. We will also re-ship the corrected order to you at no additional charge.
