    Question

    Linda Hager

I use the Dynamo Dog treats for my Lab, but she won’t just take them like a treat, I cut them up and add them to her food. My question is why is the consistency always different with each bag I order? Sometimes soft and easy to cut, other times hard, why is that?

The consistency should be similar from one bag to the next. Could you please reach out to us directly at mail@cloudstar.com with the Best By Date and lot number when you experience this issue so that we can investigate further?

Hi, thanks for reaching out! Our treats are made and baked in the USA, and our ingredients are globally sourced. All ingredients are from pre-approved suppliers only. We source as many ingredients as we can from suppliers in the US, unless they are not available or do not meet our standards for quality. Feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any other questions!

  4. Question

    Dee

My dog was accidentally fed 3 of these treats when the feeding guidelines suggest 1 for her weight (55lbs). Will she be adversely affected by this? What can I expect?

Hello! Thanks for reaching out! The Tummy treats have special added ingredients, but are not a full daily supplement. It takes into consideration there are other sources in their diet. Having extra treats once should not cause issues, but we do recommend watching their behavior and calling your veterinarian if you notice anything unusual. If your dog has any special needs, call your vet to see how they could effect your dog in particular.

Hello, Global Pet Foods or Pet Valu stores would be other options. If they do not carry the treats currently, they may be able to bring them in for you!

We recommend storing these in a cool, dry place but while it should not be harmful, refrigeration of the treats is not necessary. Once the bag is opened, we recommend using them within 1-2 months.

We recommend following the guidelines printed on the bag or on our website that are based on your dog’s weight. If you would like to give more than that, you would need to consult with your vet.

I am ordering the Pumpkin and Ginger for my Eskimo who has a sensitive tummy. With the Ginger in it, would this also assist possibly with car sickness as well? Has anyone mentioned if this does help?

      Cloud Star

Thank you for reaching out to us! While Ginger has been known to help with car sickness, we have not done any studies or research using the Dynamo Dog Functional treats. However it is possible they could help. We would suggest speaking with your vet to be sure.

5 out of 5 DYNAMO DOG FUNCTIONAL SOFT CHEWS TUMMY: PUMPKIN & GINGER

    Julie

A-MA-ZING!!!!!! My chih mix had bad breath for a while with no apparent reason. I work in a natural food pet store and once we received those, I said to myself Why not??? Well, night and day!!!! No more bad breath at all!!! So I was kinda skeptical but when I ran out, bad breath was back so….. Even started to give some to my lab and she just loves them too. I highly recommend them but keep in mind that each dog is different so what works for mine may not work for yours. But it’s worth the try, I’m telling you
